1. التعريفات
"جن دي" يشير إلى جينيريشن ديزاينرز، علامة تجارية للمجوهرات الفضية التي تصمم وتصنع وبيع منتجات المجوهرات الفضية، وتعمل منصة سوق إلكتروني للبائعين الآخرين.
"العميل" يشير إلى أي شخص يقوم بطلب عبر موقع جن دي/السوق الإلكتروني ويكمل الدفع عبر بطاقة أو نقدي.
"تاريخ الطلب" يشير إلى التاريخ والوقت الذي يقوم فيه العميل بتسجيل الطلب بنجاح على الموقع وتسجيل خيار الدفع (بطاقة أو نقدي) في النظام.
"تاريخ التسليم" يشير إلى التاريخ الذي يستلم فيه العميل الطلب من شركة الشحن أو المورد الخارجي أو فرع جن دي، كما هو مثبت بسجلات التسليم.
1. Definitions
“Gen D” refers to Generationdesigners, a silver jewelry brand that designs, manufactures, and sells silver jewelry products, and operates a marketplace platform for third‑party sellers.
“Client” refers to any person who places an order through the Gen D website/marketplace and completes checkout using card or cash payment.
“Order Date” refers to the date and time at which the client successfully places an order on the website and the payment selection (card or cash) is successfully registered in the system.
“Delivery Date” refers to the date on which the client receives the order from the shipping company, outsourced supplier, or Gen D branch, as confirmed by delivery records.
2. نطاق الخدمات ودور السوق
تصمم جن دي وتصنع وبيع منتجات المجوهرات الفضية الخاصة بها مباشرة للعملاء.
تعمل جن دي أيضًا سوقًا إلكترونيًا يتيح للبائعين الآخرين عرض وبيع المنتجات، وتصنيعها حيثما يلزم، والتي يطلبها العملاء عبر موقع جن دي/السوق الإلكتروني.
2. Scope of services and marketplace role
Gen D designs, manufactures, and sells its own silver jewelry products directly to clients.
Gen D also operates a marketplace through which third‑party sellers may offer and, where applicable, manufacture products ordered by clients via the Gen D website/marketplace.
3. القانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي
تخضع جميع المشتريات واستخدام الموقع والنزاعات ذات الصلة لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
يخضع أي نزاع ينشأ عن أو في ارتباط بطلبات أو استخدام الموقع أو هذه الشروط والأحكام لاختصاص المحاكم المصرية المختصة حصريًا.
3. Governing law and jurisdiction
All purchases, website use, and related disputes are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with orders, website use, or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
4. حدود المسؤولية
لا تتحمل جن دي أي مسؤولية عن أي خسارة أو ضرر أو مطالبة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن أخطاء أو تأخيرات أو فشل يُعزى إلى شركات الشحن الخارجية أو معالجي الدفع أو خدمات التعبئة والتغليف، إلا حيث لا يمكن تقييد المسؤولية بموجب القانون المصري ذي الصلة.
إلى أقصى الحدود المسموح بها قانونًا، لا تتحمل جن دي مسؤولية عن خسارة الأرباح أو خسارة البيانات أو أي أضرار عرضية أو تبعية أو عقابية ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو أي طلب يتم تقديمه عليه.
4. Liability limitation
Gen D is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or claim arising from errors, delays, or failures that are attributable to third‑party shipping companies, payment processors, or packaging and handling services, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable Egyptian law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gen D is not liable for loss of profits, loss of data, or any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or any order placed on it.
5. الشحن والتسليم والمخاطر
يتم تسليم الطلبات داخل مصر عبر شركات شحن خارجية و، حيثما يلزم، موردين خارجيين أو فروع.
يُعرض وقت التسليم المتوقع لكل محافظة في صفحة الدفع وهو تقريبي فقط؛ قد تحدث تأخيرات بسبب عوامل خارجة عن سيطرة جن دي. تنتقل مخاطر الخسارة أو التلف إلى شركة الشحن أو المورد الخارجي بمجرد تسليم الطلب من قبل جن دي، ويجب رفع أي مشكلات في التسليم (بما في ذلك الخسارة أو السرقة أو التلف أثناء النقل) مباشرة ضد مزود الشحن ذي الصلة.
5. Shipping, delivery, and risk
Orders are delivered within Egypt through external shipping companies and, where applicable, outsourced suppliers or branches.
The estimated delivery time for each governorate is displayed at checkout and is indicative only; delays may occur due to factors beyond Gen D’s control. Risk of loss and damage to the products passes to the shipping company or outsourced supplier once the order is handed over by Gen D, and any delivery issues (including loss, theft, or damage during transit) must be claimed directly against the relevant shipping provider.
6. طرق الدفع والمسؤولية
يتم معالجة الدفعات بالبطاقات من قبل مزود خدمة دفع خارجي مستقل، الذي يتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن أمان معاملات البطاقات ومعالجة تفاصيل البطاقات وأي أخطاء فنية.
لا تجمع جن دي أو تخزن تفاصيل البطاقات الكاملة. بالنسبة لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام، يقوم شركة الشحن بجمع النقد، التي تتحمل مسؤولية استلامه ومعالجته وتحويله؛ لا تتحمل جن دي مسؤولية عن أخطاء أو خسارة متعلقة بمعالجة النقد قبل تأكيد الاستلام من قبل جن دي.
6. Payment methods and responsibility
Card payments are processed by an independent third‑party payment service provider, which is solely responsible for card transaction security, handling of card details, and any technical errors.
Gen D does not collect or store full card details. For cash‑on‑delivery orders, cash is collected by the shipping company, which bears responsibility for its receipt, handling, and transfer; Gen D is not liable for errors or loss related to cash handling prior to confirmation of receipt by Gen D.
7. وصف المنتج والصور والاختلافات
تسعى جن دي لتقديم وصفات وصور دقيقة للمنتجات على الموقع؛ ومع ذلك، قد تحدث اختلافات طفيفة في الحجم أو التشطيب أو اللون بسبب إعدادات الشاشة وظروف الإضاءة والتفاصيل اليدوية.
هذه الاختلافات لا تشكل عيبًا أو وصفًا خاطئًا.
7. Product description, images, and variations
Gen D aims to provide accurate descriptions and images of products on the website; however, minor variations may occur in size, finish, or color due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and hand‑crafted details.
Such variations do not constitute a defect or misdescription.
8. تغييرات الأسعار والسياسات والتصاميم
تحتفظ جن دي بحق تغيير الأسعار والتصاميم والسياسات (بما في ذلك هذه الشروط والأحكام) في أي وقت.
تنطبق التغييرات على الطلبات المقدمة بعد نشر الشروط المحدثة على الموقع ولا تؤثر على الطلبات التي تم تسجيلها وتأكيدها بنجاح في وقت التغيير.
8. Price, policy, and design changes
Gen D reserves the right to change prices, designs, and policies (including these Terms and Conditions) at any time.
Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published on the website and do not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and confirmed at the time of change.
9. حسابات المستخدمين وبرنامج الولاء
يجب على العملاء إنشاء حساب أثناء الدفع لتقديم طلب وتقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة.
يُحمّل العملاء مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول الخاصة بهم وجميع الأنشطة المنجزة عبر حسابهم حتى يُخطر جن دي بأي استخدام غير مصرح به. أي برنامج ولاء يقدمه جن دي سيكون خاضعًا لشروط منفصلة وقد يُعدّل أو يُوقف في أي وقت.
9. User accounts and loyalty program
To place an order, clients must create an account during checkout and provide accurate and complete information.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account until Gen D is notified of unauthorized use. Any loyalty program introduced by Gen D will be subject to separate terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
10. الملكية الفكرية
جميع التصاميم والمنتجات والشعارات والعلامات التجارية والرسومات والصور والنصوص والمحتوى الآخر المعروض على الموقع هي ملكية فكرية لجن دي أو مُرخصيها.
لا يجوز نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أو تعديل أو توزيع أو استخدام أي محتوى بأي شكل دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة من جن دي، إلا ما هو ضروري تمامًا للاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري للموقع وفقًا لهذه الشروط والأحكام.
10. Intellectual property
All designs, products, logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, text, and other content displayed on the website are the intellectual property of Gen D or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used in any manner without prior written consent from Gen D, except as strictly necessary for personal, non‑commercial use of the website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. قبول الشروط
بتقديم حساب أو تصفح الموقع أو تقديم طلب، يعترف العميل بأنه قرأ وفهم ويوافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام كما نُشرت على موقع جن دي في وقت الطلب.
إذا لم يوافق العميل على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، يجب عليه الامتناع عن استخدام الموقع وتقديم الطلبات.
11. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, browsing the website, or placing an order, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as published on the Gen D website at the time of order.
If the client does not agree to any part of these terms, they must refrain from using the website and from placing orders.
